Individual or couples side by side Relaxation or Remedial Massage (60 – 90 minutes each)
Relax into a smooth flowing massage which helps to increase blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as soothing the nervous system. Swedish massage can help to reduce stress both emotional and physical it is very nurturing and soothing to the body, mind and soul! A remedial massage is a more energetic form of massage and can be helpful in treating specific areas of muscle tension caused by stress or injury. Remedial massage is also helpful for relaxation and general well-being and balance.
Facial
Relaxing and Rejuvenating Facial to de-stress, relax the facial muscles, and feed the skin beautiful organic products.
30-minute facials include cleanse, exfoliate, and hydration mask while it is activating you will enjoy a head, Decalogue, and neck massage followed by aromatherapy steamed towels.
Salt Glow Back Treatment
Is a truly invigorating back treatment using organic sea salts with pure aromatherapy oils gently massaged to remove dead skin cells and hydrate with natural antioxidants. Leaving the skin soft, refreshed, glowing and moisturised.
15 Minutes then follows your full body massage.
